Common questions
Can I ask you to delete all my data?
Yes. Email me with the address (or LINE ID) you use to sign in, and write "please delete my account and all my data." We'll process it within seven days and send a confirmation. You can also delete any group you've created yourself — the server-side data is purged within a reasonable period after that.
I represent a business — partnerships or ad placements?
Spidee currently only carries Google AdSense banners; we don't sell ad inventory directly. If you want to discuss other forms of partnership (content placements, co-branded campaigns, SDK integrations) you're welcome to write in, but I'll be honest: Spidee is a small project and a poor fit for many proposals. I'd rather say no than pretend otherwise.
I found a bug. How should I report it?
Tell me: what you did, what you expected, what actually happened. Browser, OS, phone model help. A screenshot helps more. I'm an engineer too — technical language is fine and shortcuts welcome.
I want feature X. Will you add it?
You can propose it, but I don't promise. Spidee's design principle is "less is more" — for every feature I ask, is this what most people need? If not, I'd rather leave it out. If your request is something we've already considered and consciously declined, I'll explain why honestly.
